IQVIA’s GenAI Writing Tool Now Available

Generative AI Pilot: Marketing Content Creation

 

We recently conducted a pilot experiment to test the key application of GenAI in creating marketing content. Our key findings were shared with the Global Marcomms audience last week.  If you couldn't make it to the call and are interested in the process, efficiency, and effectiveness outcomes, you can view the slides here.

 

A second GenAI campaign experiment is currently underway, and we encourage further experiments within the marketing function. If you're considering conducting an experiment, we'd be happy to provide guidance, suggest a framework, and include your experiment in our enterprise perspective. Are You or Your Vendors Conducting MQL Form Tests?

 

As part of our continuous improvement program in CRM, we made several enhancements in March including the launch of an automated process for handling MQLs generated from testing MQL forms. Based on the email address domain used for the test, this process automatically classifies the MQL as rejected and unaccepted, with a disposition of 'Junk/Spam/Phishing/Test data'.

 

The specific domains this process looks for are:-

 

@madisonlogic.com
@Mqltest.com
@mql.com
@Test.com
@infusemedia.com 

 

This enhancement will save ~150 hours annually for Inside Sales, which they can use to triage true MQLs.
